The golden beauty tip I learned from you? How to put on eyeliner! The trick you got from Bobbi Brown! Now I know how to put eyeliner na. Cat eye na lang. Haha!
ReplyDeleteI haven't gotten a facial in a long time, when I saw that you go to Flawless, I tried it out!
Congrats, Roxi! You win! Send me a message over at my FB page =)
DeleteHi Frances,
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to join your blog give away to join beauty workshops! I'm in my early 30's and realized that I really do not follow a skin care regimen and still working on the basics for putting on makeup.
I do prettify myself with a basic routine. Moisturize, fix my brows, curl my lashes, add mascara, put a little bit of blush and use a lippie. That's it!
I am using these products too when you did a review on them:
1. Physiogel - I have dry skin and was using Aveeno but decided to try Physiogel and loved it! It's not too sticky when applied, keeps my skin moisturized and smooth. I'm using it for my face and body.
2. Happy Skin lippie and Make a Clean sweep - I am a newbie in skincare so I've decided to try Happy Skin. I love the lippie because it's easy to apply, feels like a lipgloss too while the Make a clean sweep makes me feel clean after use and it's affordable. Not too stingy on my face too.
3. Bobbi Brown - I remember you had a workshop there and was too envious so I visited their branch in Megamall and asked help with the staff on what to use for my eyebrows. I became a kilay girl and wanted to checkout what they have. I got a quick tutorial from them and got myself a natural brow shaper. It looks like a mascara but for brows and I love it! So easy to use.
I am yet to try Shiseido because it's a bit expensive for me but hopefully I can join the workshop and get samples to try. :) I'm also interested in the countouring workshop since I have big cheeks and would like to know how to make them look a little thinner. Of course nothing beats having good and healthy looking skin so I'm looking forward to the skin perfecting secrets workshop.
Thanks for this giveaway! I hope to be able to join you.
Regards,
Diane
Congrats, Diane! You win! Send me a message over at my FB page =)
DeleteAwww...would love to go with you of course! But my duties as full time breastfeeding nanay with 4 students would not allow it...you're so generous miss Frances! God bless you!
ReplyDelete1-Dry body brushing
ReplyDelete2-Creme de la mer :-) I've been thinking of trying this... and had been dithering because of the price. So when I read your logical choice, I finally tried it! :-) Hope to meet you :-)
"What beauty tip did you learn from me?"
ReplyDeleteShiseido facial massage
Been doing it every night after I moisturize. I even captured a screenshot of it kasi at first di ko makabisado hehe. Few weeks into doing it, someone complemented me na buti daw kahit tumataba 'ko di sumasabay pisngi ko haha! Dunno kung maiinis ako dahil tumataba ako or matutuwa dahil di nakikisabay mukha ko. But I guess he meant it as a complement kaya I continued doing the facial massage. I even shared the blog post to the women in my family. Sabi nga nila, spread the good news, so i did! -Marie
What beauty tip did you learn from me?
ReplyDeleteThat beauty is not in the physical. It doesn't matter what other people think about you, it is always what we believe in and what we feel about ourselves. Whenever my insecurities hunt me I go and read your "The importance of not being beautiful" post.
If gusto natin magpanganda it's because we love and want to pamper ourselves and not to please someone.
What beauty product or beauty service did you try because I recommended it?
Bobbi Brown lipstick in sandwash pink. My first lippy splurge! I love the shade, very natural.
Congrats, Khen! You win! Send me a message over at my FB page =)
